• Clinical coding has been completed accurately using ICD-10-AM, ACHI and Australian Coding Standards​
• DRG allocation is accurate ​
• All relevant certificates such as ICU/Mechanical Ventilation/SCN/Type B and Type C have been accurately completed and there is supporting documentation within the body of the medical record to support billing​
• Prostheses have been correctly billed and recorded (including warranty issues)​
• Billing is supported by the hospital admission policy ​
• Hospital medical record is complete and accurate
