Head of Customer Experience
Daniel is a qualified actuary with over fifteen years consulting experience in the healthcare, insurance and compensation industries across public and private sectors. As Head of Customer Experience, Daniel is responsible for account management of Australian PHI customers and Lorica’s Payment Integrity Practice. He also supports the strategy, product development and data analytics functions that underpin Lorica Health’s business as a software solutions provider.
Daniel is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIAA), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Actuarial Studies), Bachelor of Applied Finance and Graduate Diploma in Psychology.
